Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

At Anvifoods , we strive to provide our customers with the best quality homemade vegetarian and non-vegetarian pickles. Since our products are food items, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, refunds, and replacements are processed.


1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are dispatched.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order details.


2. Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

  • Returns are only considered in cases where the product delivered is:

    • Damaged during transit

    • Incorrect (different from what you ordered)

  • To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (such as photos of the damaged/incorrect item).


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

    • Product is damaged or spoiled upon delivery.

    • Wrong product delivered.

    • Order canceled before dispatch.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Partial refunds may be issued if only part of the order was affected.


4. Replacements

  • Instead of refunds, customers may also choose a replacement for the same product (if stock is available).

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If the customer provides an incorrect address or contact details.

  • If the package is not accepted at the time of delivery.

  • If the product is tampered with or consumed partially after delivery.

  • If the complaint is raised after 24 hours of delivery.
